Health information should be usable by everyone. Here is what we have built, what we are aiming for, and how to tell us when we fall short.
Effective June 3, 2026 · HealthVetted, LLC · Questions: editorial@healthvetted.com
We want HealthVetted to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a working target, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time checkbox.
We have not completed a formal third-party WCAG audit, so we describe AA as a target we work toward rather than a certified result. Some embedded third-party content (for example, external videos) may not fully meet our standard. We are working to improve these areas.
If you hit an accessibility barrier on HealthVetted, please tell us — it helps us fix it. Email editorial@healthvetted.com with the page and a short description of the problem, and we will do our best to respond promptly and provide the information in an alternative format if needed.
