Editorial criteria, vetting process, and what we never accept — regardless of commission. Affiliate relationships do not influence rankings.

Read this first. Affiliate commission does not influence editorial rank. Products without partnerships routinely outscore monetized ones — see our methodology for the literal scoring weights and our disclosure for full details on every commercial relationship.

Who we work with

FDA-approved GLP-1 or GIP/GLP-1 manufacturers

Novo Nordisk, Eli Lilly, Pfizer, and other approved-drug sponsors.

Licensed telehealth platforms with state coverage

Must hold valid telemedicine licenses in every state served and disclose PA support, refills, and refund terms.

Compounding pharmacies on FDA 503A or 503B registry

Verifiable USP <797> compliance, valid state board licensure, sterile-injectable accreditation.

Lab and DNA testing partners with CLIA-certified labs

Pharmacogenomic, A1C, lipid panels — must publish lab partners and turnaround SLAs.

Companion product brands (protein, electrolyte, vitamin)

Third-party tested, NSF or USP-verified where applicable, no clinical claims without RCT support.

What we never accept

We turn down ~60% of inbound partnership inquiries. These are common reasons.

Compounded BPC-157, retatrutide, or unregulated peptides

No FDA pathway, no GMP oversight, no safety data — we will not promote regardless of margin.

Cash-only clinics without published refund policy

YMYL editorial standard requires transparent refund and prescription cancellation terms.

Products without published clinical evidence

Anecdote and influencer testimonial are not evidence. We need RCT, observational data, or FDA filing.

"GLP-1 boosters," "natural Ozempic," or supplement substitutes

Berberine, fiber blends, and similar are not GLP-1 analogs. We do not accept these placements at any rate.

Manipulative pricing or hidden auto-renewal

Trial offers that auto-convert without clear opt-out are deceptive. We decline these regardless of commission.

Our 5-step partnership process

  1. 1
    Submit inquiry

Email [email protected] with product name, FDA status, evidence pack, and refund policy.

  2. 2
    Editorial vetting (5–10 business days)

We check clinical claims, regulatory status, and refund/cancellation terms against primary sources.

  3. 3
    Score independently

If accepted, product is scored on our 6-axis rubric. Affiliate status does not influence score.

  4. 4
    Commercial terms

Standard CPA or rev-share terms negotiated after editorial approval. We will not adjust scoring for higher commission.

  5. 5
    Quarterly re-review

Every featured partner is re-scored quarterly. FDA label changes or safety signals trigger immediate review.

Our editorial guarantees

Score independence

Commission rate is not visible to the editor who scores your product. Sealed-envelope review.

Source-checked before publication

Every clinical claim is checked against primary sources — FDA labeling and peer-reviewed studies — and linked inline before publication.

Public correction log

Errors are corrected within 5 business days and logged publicly. We do not silently retract.

Pull-out clause

If FDA flags your product post-publication, we de-rank within 24 hours. No commercial override available.
