If you believe content on HealthVetted infringes your copyright, email editorial@healthvetted.com with the subject “DMCA Notice” and include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on our site.
• Your contact information (name, email, address).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the required statements under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action.
