Testosterone Replacement Therapy restores testosterone in men with hypogonadism — clinically low levels confirmed by morning blood tests on two occasions, together with symptoms. It comes as gels, injections, or implanted pellets. TRT is not appropriate for normal levels or as an anti-aging shortcut, can suppress fertility, and requires monitoring of hematocrit and PSA. It should be clinician-supervised.
